"(Note, I'm sorry if I butcher anyone's names or get it wrong!) We were greeted with a great big, friendly smile by Ebony at the door and she got our info ready so Claudia could set us up to transfer our policy from AR to OK! It was so quick and painless, I was very pleasantly surprised! Claudia had us in and out very quickly but without feeling like she were trying to get rid of us. Super great service, I would highly recommend. I'm happy I chose their office for my insurance!"

"I initially stated: “Baylor was easy to talk to, and for the first time anyway I actually understand everything about my policy. I do have history with State Farm and feel a lot comfortable going back to them because as I ventured elsewhere to places like Root or Progressive, let me just say lesson hard learned.” My update: the day before the new year I learned that I no longer have car insurance. How did I find out? Not the easy way. State Farm ran my credit report and noticed that I had too many inquiries. That’s what they told me anyway. The truth is, State Farm saw that when they ran on their own volition some routine check in the system, that my risk level is too high. A few months before this it wasn’t that way. I had a break-in at my tattoo shop and filed a claim that they were able to see that didn’t have anything to do with them, but because of the added risk of somebody who did file a claim, State Farm use that to just abruptly end my insurance without warning. I called and asked about it, and somebody said, “but somebody told you earlier this month“. That was not exactly true. Somebody called me to tell me that after I added somebody to my plan that the risk was too high for me, myself to be insured on their own policy. Weird in itself for that to be a thing, how can adding somebody to your policy as a guest driver eliminate you from being insurance-worthy? Couldn’t argue. I’m not the nature of the beast. So, I removed the guest from my policy and it was supposed to be fixed. Somehow, someway, somebody didn’t notify me that an additional change Happened. When they ran my credit and it showed one too many inquiries, that gave them the ammunition and will to terminate my insurance without warning. Take it for what it is. Use somebody else if you want that to not happen to you."

We sincerely regret if that wasn’t the case here, and we will work to improve communication moving forward.
